InfraStake is a patented infrared (IR) staking process that uses focused IR energy as the heat source. Through this distributor arrangement, European and South American machine builders and plastic parts manufacturers will have access to local sales and support for the InfraStake technology. “I am very excited about this agreement with CEMAS ELETTRA,” said Randy Antaya, CEO of Extol, Inc. “As we evaluated this potential partnership, I was continually impressed by CEMAS ELETTRA’s approach to understanding customer needs and working collaboratively with them to meet those needs. Our companies are very well aligned strategically and culturally, and we believe that customers in Europe and South America will benefit from this partnership and the local support that goes along with it.” Some important takeaways from the distributor agreement: - CEMAS ELETTRA will be providing process development support throughout Europe and South America with offices in Frankfurt (Germany), Torino (Italy), and Contagem (Brazil). This service will be valuable to customers who need to make parts for validation while optimizing process parameters before production equipment is available. - Customers will be able to obtain InfraStake spare parts quickly from regional CEMAS ELETTRA facilities. - CEMAS ELETTRA will build turnkey InfraStake machines locally. - CEMAS ELETTRA will support regional integrators selected by manufacturing customers. ##### About Extol, Inc.
